Welcome to our GMP Certified Facility
Our GMP facility currently covers a 2,500m2 footprint with a cleanroom area of 350m2. The entire production facility is pressure controlled with separate change facilities, seven production rooms, one blending room, a staging area, a separate packing hall, and an airlock to our large warehousing area. Our phase two and three expansions plan to extend the cleanroom footprint by 100m2 and 300m2 respectively.
Our Commitment to Quality and Regulatory Compliance
The manufacturing facility of Eurode Tandtechniek B.V. has been designed and established in accordance with internationally recognized Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. All manufacturing, quality control, and quality assurance activities are conducted in compliance with the European Union pharmaceutical regulatory framework coordinated by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and supervised nationally by the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ) in the Netherlands.
The company maintains stringent controls over product safety, hygiene standards, and raw material integrity throughout the manufacturing process. Comprehensive quality systems are implemented to ensure that all products consistently meet applicable regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
To support international distribution and regulatory compliance, Eurode Tandtechniek B.V. can facilitate the issuance of relevant documentation and certifications required for export markets. These may include Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), Certificates of Free Sale, Health Certificates, Halal and Organic certifications, and Certificates of Origin, including “Made in the Netherlands” where applicable.
