Our facility, produces over 500 tonnes of powder blend products, 10 million tablets, and 70 million hard-shell capsules annually. Pharmaceutical Preparations
Typical MOQ for tablets and capsules is 180,000 bulk capsules or tablets, or 3,000 bottles of 60’s.
We can do as low as 1,000 bottles but cost goes up exponentially as volume drops due to the fixed costs of set-up and clean down per batch, and purchasing MOQ’s on ingredients. Most economic volumes are above 5,000 bottles of 60’s.
The cost is determined by the volume (refer to MOQ’s) and the formulation. Other contributing factors are the number ingredients, the cost of the ingredients and the % of each ingredient in the formula. Costs can range from $5 to $50 per unit. In some cases we have the ability to formulate to a desired price point (refer Product Development).
Yes, we create products for our customers under a Consulting Contract. Please see New Product Development (NPD) information here: NPD Project
This depends on the scope of the product. It can take from 2weeks for a simple hard shell capsule formula and up to 3 months for a complex product requiring multiple sample preparations and/or flavour work.
This depends on the complexity of the project. A ‘paper formulation’ can be from less than $1,000 up to $10,000 for a complex formulation ie novel, expensive ingredients and/or flavour work (refer to Formulation and Product Development).
To produce a shelf ready finished product, from concept to dispatch can be anywhere from $20,000 to $50,000 – it all dependents on the complexity, materials, components and manufacturability…we are experts in finding the right solution and helping you achieve product launch!

Yes, we have 2,000m3 of warehouse space available to selected clients and can handle logistics and shipping for you.
Yes, we have international procurement and supply chain specialists which enable us to purchase at best prices based on our combined volumes. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply (typically 25kg for most ingredients).
Yes, we use independent certified testing laboratories (Assure Quality, Cawthron, SGS, Eurofins and others) and apply Good Manufacturing Practice principles when creating specifications and test methods.
